Our weekly healing circles.
We gather to share the weight of life transitions in a quiet, confidential space. No registration, no intake forms, and no fees. Just a supportive community waiting for you.
The circle agreements
To ensure every person feels valued and safe, our peer-led circles operate under three simple, non-negotiable agreements. We walk alongside each other with respect.
Shared silence
Complete trust
Come as you are
We listen deeply without interrupting or offering unsolicited advice. Silence is welcomed as a natural part of the healing process.
Everything shared within the room stays in the room. Confidentiality is the foundation of our community-held space.
There is no pressure to speak or explain your past. You are welcome to simply sit, listen, and exist alongside others.
